Angharad Lewis (Annie) is the new Head of User Research at digital agency Torchbox. Lewis will be working on growing Torchbox’s user experience capability, with a specific focus on public sector organisations.
Lewis has eight years of public sector experience gained across various Government departments including Department for Education, Department of Health and Social Care, HM Land Registry, and Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. During her time working within Government, Lewis played an active part of the wider digital government community, acting as both a service assessment panelist and lead.
Most recently she was Head of User Research at independent public sector transformation partner, Methods. Her extensive knowledge of, and passion for the public sector, will also be hugely impactful for Torchbox’s wide ranging digital transformation clients in the not-for-profit sector.
Torchbox is a 100% employee-owned, award-winning digital agency focused on not-for-profit and third sectors. The company were the creators of Wagtail CMS, a major open source CMS, used by the likes of the NHS, Google and NASA.
