From automating routine tasks which free up valuable resources, to enhancing citizen engagement, right through to making sense of vast amounts of data to help formulate policy and suggest actionable solutions, which the human mind just doesn’t have the capacity to comprehend. The possibilities and potential of Generative AI are colossal. The question which arises though is what to do first? Should we go for the ’quick wins’, or should we be focusing more on system wide transformation which, naturally, takes a good while longer.
