Citizen Services | User-Centric Design
TUESDAY 24 JUNE | SPONSORED BY ADOBE
According to the State of Digital Review, the average UK citizen spends one and a half weeks per year navigating government bureaucracy. The simple question is, how can this be cut? Or at least made easier to navigate. This involves priotising the needs, preferences and experiences of the people it serves. By integrating user-feedback, catering to diverse populations and ensuring accessibility for varying levels of digital literacy, we can move towards a system which streamlines and enhances interactions, whilst building trust and boosting satisfaction.
